Pamela LeBlanc Bio
I’m Pamela LeBlanc, and I’m an award-winning REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Professionals serving Grosse Pointe Shores, Grosse Pointe Farms, and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. With over 20 years of experience in real estate since 2002, I understand that every move is more than a transaction — it’s a major life transition.
I have also received many awards for top sales in volume and units for my region and office.
As a top-producing agent, I bring a personal, hands-on approach to every client relationship. Having relocated cross-country with my husband multiple times myself, I understand the challenges, emotions, and excitement that come with buying or selling a home. My goal is to make every move as smooth, informed, and successful as possible.
I have been in Relocation for years, as well as an agent mentor, and the head of property management. I managed and opened Chili’s restaurants from 1985-1993, traveling and opening 30+ stores international as well as domestic and was in charge of front of house service for the Florida region from 1990-1993. I have been a flight attendant with Southwest Airlines for 32 years and was on the hiring and training committee for many of those years. These experiences allow me to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Having lived in the Grosse Pointe area for the past eight years, I am deeply connected to the local community. I am heavily involved in the special needs community and support the Special Olympics initiatives. My son attends Grosse Pointe North High School, and my daughters are active student-athletes at Grosse Pointe South High School, participating in competitive travel lacrosse.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, exploring Detroit’s incredible food scene, and spending time with my family at sporting events across the city. Living near Detroit gives my family easy access to the energy, entertainment, and culture that make the area such a great place to call home!
