Meet Berkleigh
My journey to real estate began in January 2020 when I moved back to Michigan after living in Lexington, KY, where I worked in high school special education and coached volleyball. Before that, I graduated from Transylvania University in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science and played college volleyball after graduating from Okemos High School in 2013.
When the pandemic hit, I knew it was time for a change. By chance, I joined The Carin Whybrew Project (TCWP) as an assistant, and I immediately felt at home with the team. The energy and work ethic of Carin, Wesley, and TJ were contagious, and I knew this environment would be the perfect place for me to grow professionally. During my time at TCWP, I gained valuable experience in managing a team, collaborating with our semi-custom builder, Eastbrook Homes, and promoting our brand on social media. I also learned the ins and outs of the transaction process—handling listings, pending sales, and managing the closing process.
Under Carin's inspiring leadership and encouragement, I took the leap to become a licensed Realtor. Real estate is a natural fit for me, especially given my deep roots in Okemos and the surrounding areas. I have a strong understanding of the local communities, school systems, and a network of personal and professional connections through my large family.
I am passionate about helping clients find a place they can truly call home and am excited to bring my knowledge and skills to help you with your real estate journey. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or simply looking for guidance, I would be honored to assist you.
