I am a third-generation realtor, following in the footsteps of my
grandfather, Joseph Roll, who owned and operated Statewide Real Estate in Perry
for several decades, up until the mid-1980s. My mother, Diane Roll, continued
the legacy by owning and running Diane Roll Realty/Coldwell Banker Diane Roll
Realty in Morrice until her retirement. Additionally, my family has a long
history in contracting, which has greatly influenced my understanding of real
estate, home repairs, and building in general. This knowledge has been
invaluable throughout my career.
I’ve been happily married for over 25 years, and my husband and I are
proud parents to two amazing daughters. As a family, we enjoy spending time
outdoors and cherishing moments with family and friends. Volunteering and
giving back to my community holds a special place in my heart. Over the years,
I’ve been an active volunteer within the Morrice School District, serving on
the Parent-Teacher Organization and, for the past 8+ years, as a member of the
School Board.
Helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs has been both
personally and professionally rewarding. I’ve had the privilege of building
lifelong relationships with my clients and am honored to have received over 15
years of national awards from Coldwell Banker for my production within the
company. My strengths as an agent are rooted in my comprehensive knowledge of
the business, pricing, negotiation, and marketing, along with my personal
commitment to integrity and hard work.
